Stay at Home Workout
This COVID-19 pandemic has affected us all in different ways. From an exercise perspective, I've been hearing about your frustrations. You may be stuck at home. The gym is closed and you have no equipment. Progress that you've worked to achieve is slipping away. You've told me.
With this in mind, I decided to create a 14-Day Stay-At-Home Workout Plan. There is no charge for this - I don't want there to be any barrier to your success. This plan requires minimal space and equipment. You don't even need to own dumbbells. Instead, for extra weight, you can load a backpack with books or cans.
This is a program rather than a collection of workouts, which will allow you to get results for a longer period of time.
