As a Naturopathic Doctor, my goal is to get you feeling better by establishing lifelong change. I am passionate about patient education and empowerment, helping patients take control of their health journey. I use a variety of diagnostic tools and testing to establish the root cause of your health concerns in order to develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans. I work with my patients as a collaborative unit to set attainable and realistic goals in order to reach your optimal health and happiness.
About Me
A little bit about my background. I grew up in the small town of Uxbridge, which is where my love of small-town country living began. I've always had a passion for health and wellness which led me to earn a Bachelor of Health Science Degree (Honours), with a major in Kinesiology from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology. I later obtained my Doctor of Naturopathy degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. I have always had a love for science and health and throughout my 8 years of post-secondary education, my passion for modern medicine and evidence based diagnostic tools has only grown stronger.
I have a deep passion for patient education and empowerment which inspired me to write my book Healthy Habit Haul, which helps patients establish the ten key foundational habits for overall health.
Areas Of Practice
I treat a variety of different health conditions in practice. The majority of my patients seek support for digestive issue, reproductive health and fertility, PMS & periods, perimenopause, menopause, stress management and burnout, low energy and fatigue, sleep disturbances, headaches, skin related issues, thyroid support, general health maintenance and disease prevention.

Notable
Outside of the clinic you can find me cottaging up north, cooking up a storm in the kitchen, or doing pretty much anything outside.
I love all seasons and could not imagine living anywhere without the beauty of summer, winter, spring and fall.
I am an avid organizer and truly believe that if I did follow my passion for medicine, I would have become a professional organizer.
One of my favourite events to attend are concerts! If you have an awesome band you love – be sure to share them with me.
I am obsessed with scrunchies and in my humble opinion – they have always been cool.
